Unlike traditional link shorteners that store original URLs, user IP addresses, and click analytics in backend databases, LinkShield processes all link encoding and decoding locally within your browser using URL-Safe Base64 protocols.

• No server databases store your original destination URLs.
• No tracking cookies or persistent user profiles are created.
• Session payload parameters exist only in your browser's temporary sessionStorage during an active session.

3. Technical Data Processing

When you visit LinkShield, standard server edge logs (such as those provided by Cloudflare Pages) may temporarily process basic request headers for DDoS mitigation and performance optimization. These logs do not store or inspect your encoded link destinations.

4. Third-Party Services

LinkShield is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process network-level security telemetry in accordance with their privacy policies. No marketing trackers or third-party advertising cookies are injected by LinkShield.
